The Home Science laboratory provides enough space and equipment to deal with various activities related to the subject. The Laboratory is divided into two parts to be used one for the activities the other for teaching the classes.
Home Science touches all aspects of life and knowledge gained is applied throughout life. It helps one to acquire skills in planning and preparing nutritional meals, keeping needs of all stages of family and modification required for the patients. It equips one to deal with children psychologically, improves managerial and artistic skills, provides knowledge about consumer protection and education, teaches management of resources, interior decoration, colour concept etc,.
